1 Answer Carolyn, You will want to remove two screws in the back that hold the whole top in place, then slide the top forward and lift while securing the lid with tape to the top and rest against the wall. Paul December 21, 2017 for Model Number MVWC415EW1 Do you know if the suspension kit (part number W10780044) is a revised/upgrade (heavier duty) to the suspension system that was originally installed in this model (MVWC415EW1)? It appears to be a replacement for many other part numbers. This washer has a tendency to have a load balance issue & it doesn't take much for it to start making a bunch of noise. This unbalance will occur with all different load sizes. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
