Hello Ray, The infinite switch is a surface control. It will have nothing to do with the operation of the bake compartment. You should first check the Hi-limit thermostat. It should be located on the back of the unit behind the initial back cover. It shows the high limit thermostat on the wiring diagram, but it doesn't show it on the parts listing. I had research look into it and they said it would take a 74008715, but if it is a resettable as it is illustrated to be, you will only need to press the red button in the center of it. If it will not reset, it will have to be replaced. If it won't reset, you should use your meter to verify continuity. If it shows continuity, the issue will be the clock assembly 74009229.
