Scott November 12, 2023 for Model Number CAM274TQ2 I have this commercial washer that will agitate but wont spin unless I reach in and shake the agitator back and forth. After it does spin the clothes still seem wet. I also open and closed the lid to get to spin. So not sure if I need to replace the clutch or the lid switch or both Please help Thanks
1 Answer Scott, Check the lid switch for continuity using a multimeter, then make sure the actuator is closing the switch when the lid closes. If the lid switch is functioning properly then check the clutch assembly. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Clyde. Yes, the switch should read closed for continuity across red and black with the lid closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Genevieve September 17, 2016 for Model Number LSQ9010PW0 My washer in mid cycle before rinse just completely stopped working. It does nothing earlier today I replaced coupler for agitator. Is it lid switch are the control knob because that has been giving me problems.
1 Answer Genevieve, If the unit will not fill with water or do anything then you would most likely have a issue with either the power supply or with the timer. If the unit will fill with water but nothing else then the lid switch would be the most likely cause. Read More...

Facto July 03, 2014 for Model Number 11022052100 Washer continues to fill up and never starts agitating. Switched out the Dog Agits and still doing the same thing. It will do all the other functions i.e. drain, spin, fill but will not agitate.
1 Answer Facto, First check and make sure the drain hose and standpipe are at the correct height off the floor (38 to 39 inches) the washer will "syphon" if the drain hose is too low. If that's alright, then you'll need to check or replace the control board 8577278 and check the wires between the motor and control board for loose or broken connections. Read More...
