Michael June 11, 2014 for Model Number 11022056100 How should the lid lever be positioned relative to the lid switch lever? Thanks.
1 Answer Michael, When the lid lever is installed it will go through the main top and the lid side will line up and screw into the lid. This will position the lid lever properly to hit the switch. Read More...

Devon March 03, 2014 for Model Number WFW 9500TC01 Have code 35,,, Changed out the Pressure Switch (W10415587)ran self diagnostics test, unit would not respond to test. Help
1 Answer Hello Devon. The F35 code does mean a problem with the pressure switch. It is either a problem with the switch itself or the control board not reading it properly. Make sure the hose is attached properly, and not clogged, and the air trap is not clogged. If everything is clear and the new switch did not fix the problem then the board part# [W10180782] will need to be replaced. Read More...
Jayrunningdeer November 16, 2013 for Model Number LSQ9549LW3 My washer agitates and spins in the first spin cycle. The second spin cycle and high spin cycle work intermittently. The motor can be heard, it drains but does not spin. If I turn it of and back on it will spin. If I open the lid and close it spins. The goes the same for the high spin. I replaced the clutch, spin tube, and brake and no change. Before I purchase the time or switch, do you have an idea if it is the timer. I really don't think it is the switch because the washer agitates and spins on the first cycle. Thank you JaY
1 Answer Hello JayRunningDeer. Check and see if the drive block on the unit is bad. If not, then it has to be the transmission causing the issue with the unit or the motor is not reversing like it should. Read More...
Karina November 07, 2013 for Model Number LSN1000LW0 I just read another question regarding the Lid Switch- my washer will not drain, therefore not spinning as well. I was having to open and close my lid very hard to get it to work. Now that won't work either. What is the Lid Switch STRIKE?? Does that apply to my model. Or do I just replace the switch. #8054980
1 Answer Hello Karina. If the strike is not broke, you will only need the lid switch WP8054980. You can look at the strike to see if it is broken. Read More...
Web W. December 15, 2012 for Model Number LSQ9010LG0 My washer was having a hard time going into the spin cycle. We would have to turn back the timer and rerun the spin cycle usually at least 4-5 times before it would take. Sometimes it would not take at all after many attempts. I assumed this was a lid switch issue (after watching some of your you tube videos) and proceeded to order a new lid switch from your site. After placing the order, I learned how to manually activate the lid switch and watched an entire load from start to finish. I then discovered that the agitator sometimes doesn't work at all, but when it does, it barely moves back and forth (appears to be slippage). It makes a lot of noise like the motor is working, but the agitator is only moving about 2" in each direction back and forth. Please advise as to what part or parts needs to be replaced. Thank you.
1 Answer Hello Web, You need to note whether the tub is turning while the unit should be agitating. If it is, the issue is the brake W10820043 slipping. If it isn't, the clutch 285785 has failed. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Bayardo. You will have to remove the two screws that hold down the control panel and pivot it up out of the way. Then you should see the tabs from the switch either on the left or right side. You will have to remove the cabinet to access the lid switch. Thanks! Read More...

1 Answer Hello Anthony. Check and make sure the pump is no stripped out on the unit. If not, make sure the belt is good on the unit. If the pump attaches directly to the motor, you may need to replace the pump on the unit. We will need your model number to help you more with this.
