Linda, you'll need to replace the membrane switch part number WPW10207930. To replace you'll need to remove the power. Remove the door. Remove all burner assy. and lay them separately aside so you can reinstall them in the same area. Make sure you are careful unhooking the igniters (they will crack and end up bad). Then lift the top and support it with the supplied rod or a piece of wood. All this will give access to the top of the control panel and the surrounding bottom control panel screws. Once you remove the control panel, it will give access to the clock mount screws and the ribbon cables for the membrane assy. Make sure the ribbon cable is not kinked or broken when reinstalling the control panel. Make sure you reinsert the ribbon cable pushed in tight and locked (if equipped). Thank You.
