Mark K. December 29, 2016 for Model Number GY399LXUS02 My broiler comes on but bake will not. When you push the buttons on the key pad most do not work. It acted a little strange last week, now its worse.
1 Answer Hello Mark, I would first verify the hi-limit WP7450P034-60 is not open. If it tests good, the convection element WPW10210594, the bake element WP7406P411-60, or the control WP8507P392-60 can be causing the issue if there are no harness issues. Please note the order mentioned is the order of failure probability. Read More...

Linda September 03, 2014 for Model Number GW397LXUQ06 The bake, warm, favorite, timer, oven light, 1 2 4 7, buttons do not work! Is this the panel that is bad? Please help? And tell me how to replace? Thanks so much.
1 Answer Linda, you'll need to replace the membrane switch part number WPW10207930. To replace you'll need to remove the power. Remove the door. Remove all burner assy. and lay them separately aside so you can reinstall them in the same area. Make sure you are careful unhooking the igniters (they will crack and end up bad). Then lift the top and support it with the supplied rod or a piece of wood. All this will give access to the top of the control panel and the surrounding bottom control panel screws. Once you remove the control panel, it will give access to the clock mount screws and the ribbon cables for the membrane assy. Make sure the ribbon cable is not kinked or broken when reinstalling the control panel. Make sure you reinsert the ribbon cable pushed in tight and locked (if equipped). Thank You. Read More...

Ray February 04, 2013 for Model Number GW397LXUQ06 At first a few buttons on the oven control panel stopped working then all the buttons stopped working. The cancel button beeps when it is pressed but that is the only button that gets me any kind of response. I tried to see if the panel was locked but I got no response when I tried to unlock it. Does this sound like the touch panel or the control board? Thanks for your help.
