Hello Mark. If the pump works during cancel, but not during the wash cycle, you will need to replace the control board WP8564543. Hope this helps.

Hello Chad. Disconnect the power to the unit. You will need to remove the toe panel off the bottom of the dishwasher, and unclip the float assembly and remove the old switch. Install the new switch and make sure the float rod is positioned properly on the new switch. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
