Bernie March 12, 2011 Older Model Roper Washing Machine. I am looking for a lid switch. The Numbers on the lid is Style master #4217140 on the back is #AK 138000, also stamped on the back is #3357978. The old lid switch is a 2 wire no ground wire on it.

There should be a tag with a model and a serial number both listed on it. With this being a top loader try looking under the lid, not on the lid, but under the lid where the lid meets the hinges.
