David July 13, 2019 for Model Number KEHC309JSS08 Microwave - when programmed to cook something "DOOR" appears in display and Microwave oven will not start. Door is latched in place as normal. Additionally, when door is opened, light stopped working since this "DOOR" issue arose. Bottom oven is not effected and is working as normal. What is the fix for this DOOR issue on the Microwave?

The only way to find the problem is to remove the oven assembly and access the microwave section to see if there is a problem with a strike or switch. Russ November 30, 2018 for Model Number WMH73521CS4 My door would not latch and therefore not turn on. I replaced the 3 micro switches as well as the 2 interlocks and cam plates. The door seems to close properly but when I plug it back in and hit start I receive an error message that says close door. Also when I open the door the light and blower fan come on. When I close the door the fan shuts off but the light stays on. Can you please tell me what is wrong and needs to be replaced? Did I mix up the wires on the switches when I reinstalled them?
