Hello Shannon, The door lock assembly WPW10253483 most likely has an issue. This is a multiple device that contains two switches and a sensor. If it is not the issue, the problem will be a connection between the control and the door lock assembly.

Hello Robert, This switch W11417623 is the water level switch. It prevents the unit from overfilling. The LF code means long fill. As per the tech sheet: NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING WASHER OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED. The pressure switch is not tripped after 6 minutes. Water level is not reached within a specific time. - Make sure that cold and hot valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way. - Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves. - Check all hoses for possible leaks. - Check if the customer used an aftermarket “no flood” hose. This can sometimes stop the flow of water to the washer. - Make sure that wire harness connections from Inlet Valves (double and single), Drain Pump, Pressure Switch, & CCU (PR6, DP2, VCH7, and DI6 cavities connectors) are not broken or with wires detached, and that connector internal pins are visible. - Check the continuity between the following components: A. Inlet valve connectors (double and single) to the CCU (VCH7 and DI6 cavities) B. Drain Pump & CCU (DP2 cavity) connectors C. Pressure Switch & CCU (PR6 cavity) connectors. - If the continuity diagnosis failed, Main Harness must be replaced. - Check the resistance of the Inlet valve in each port of the valve (double & single). - Make continuity test to the Pressure SW. - Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch. - Check hose for possible leaks. Remove hose from pressure switch. Make sure that the open part where the hose is connected doesn’t have debris. - Check pressure switch operation. Remove pressure switch. Blowing air through the opening, the two internal switches are heard one by one. - Check for Suds. - Verify there is not a siphon problem. - Make sure that all the connectors are fully seated.

Georeg for Model Number mhwe200xw00

Hello, My washer first showed no sign of life. After replacing the CCU I noticed that the lower wall outlet was not working so I replace it with a new one. After installing the new CCU, I ran the diagnostic test and cleared the code (F9E2) and unplugged the unit. After restarting the washer the code popped again so I checked the pump for continuity and it failed. I also checked the harness and it was good even though I noticed a little carbon on the tip of the CCU connector. This led me to believe that the wall outlet shorted these components. I installed the new pump when it arrived and ran through the same drill with running the diagnostic test with zero results, that is when I ordered the harness just for process of elimination but that also was not a success. When I called to return the harness the rep had me check the pressure switch which mechanically works but I was unable to check continuity because the manual wants me to check from pin 21 to 22, 21 to 26, 21 to 24 and 11 to 14. First of all, I don’t know how to identify these pins because they’re not labeled, two my switch only has four pins and last I was told by another rep that the switch is the wrong rabbit hole. So if the CCU, drain pump and harness are new why isn’t this fixing the problem? What else could be wrong in the circuit that is giving me F9E2? Thank you for your appreciated help.

Hello Georeg, Since the CCU and the drain pump have both been replaced, the issue must be in the harness. This fault code pops up when the connection between the pump and the Central Control Unit (CCU) is lost during the drain cycle. This points directly at the harness WPW10269290.

Hello Lori, The water temperature sensor is part number WPW10467289 and is located at the bottom of the tub assembly on the back of the unit. You will want to check the sensor connector to make sure it has a good connection.
