Dean G. March 28, 2011 for Model Number LSQ9010KQ0 Does the model # reflect the age of the washer? does timer effect agitation? thanks
1 Answer Hello Dean! We would need the serial number to help verify the manufactured date for model LSQ9010KQ0. If the timer is not advancing to the next cycles, it could affect the agitation. Thanks. Read More...
Bill A. March 06, 2011 I believe I need a new timer for my whirlpool washer, model LSB6300LW0. I believe the part number is AP3020314. Are timers pretty basic to install?
1 Answer Hello Bill, the correct timer for your unit is WP3951702. To install this timer, you will unplug the washer and remove the two screws in the back corners of the control panel. Pull the panel forward and flip it backwards. Now access the clip on the back of the timer. Pull on the clip and then pull the timer knob off the shaft of the timer while holding the clip. Once removed, you will remove the timer from the unit and unplug the wires going to the timer. Install the new timer in reverse order. Hope this helps. Read More...
