Ricardo, Normally, this would be a timer issue, Recheck and make sure you wired the replacement timer properly. Check and make sure the fuse on the lid switch assembly or the switches aren't shorted or damaged. Some Maytag washer have a fuse and double switch, if the switch or fuse has failed, the washer wont fill and agitate. A model number would be a big help. Otherwise it could be a faulty motor, but that's not likely at this point.

Darlene, It could be a timer issue, but you'd want to check or replace the water level / water temp. switch WPW10248240 and air tube first. You'd also want to check the wires between the water switch and the delay control board WPW10104800 on the back of the timer. your switch and wiring could be producing false information to the delay board, causing the washer to not fill and wash.
