Walter P. May 29, 2011 for Model Number GHW9100LW2 Several hours after a wash load was done, I found water in the tub. Why?
1 Answer Hello Walter. Is your tub filling slowly after the cycles are done, or is the water left behind from the previous cycle? If it is filling after, it is likely your water valve. If it is left behind from a previous cycle, it could be your drain pump. Both of these parts can be tested with a multi meter. I will include a link in this message to an article detailing how to test various parts with a meter. I hope this info helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Guest May 29, 2011 for Model Number 11045087401 Unit starts, wash water runs 30 to 60 sec. and then I get a FH code and unit shuts down. Water drains out, push pause, then push start water starts and runs 30 to 60 sec. and the FH code appears again. Everything else works fine.
1 Answer Hello! The FH failure code indicates there was no water detected entering machine or pressure switch trip not detected. Potential Causes: • If there is no water in the unit: - Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way. - Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves - Verify inlet valve operation • If there is water in the unit: - Verify Drain pump operation - Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch • Verify there is not a siphon problem • Verify wire harness connections to; Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU) • Check all hoses for possible leaks • Verify pressure switch operation • Verify flow meter operation • Verify CCU operation Replace failed component. Hope this helps you! Thanks! Read More...

Guest March 20, 2011 I have warm water coming out cold side of all my sinks. Will this part fix my problem?
1 Answer Hello. I am not sure if this would fix the problem that you are describing. One thing I could suggest to try is disconnect the hot water supply line to your washer. If this fixes the problem then you will want to replace the inlet valve. If the problem is still occurring, then you might want to contact a plumber. Hope this helps. Read More...
