Valentin for Model Number WFW9600TA01 WFW9600TA01. The softener is not emptying. Cleaned the holes in the top of the dispenser with a pipe cleaner (even if they did not seem to be clogged). I get an F20 error message very often, though. The water flows in and the washing happens after I unplug and plug it back in. After a few cycles, F20 comes back. Would replacing the valve solve the problem? Thank you!
Answer Valentin, I can send you a tech sheet. Find your error code and follow the test procedures. You should be checking the pressure hose and flow meter for proper operation.
