Jack May 02, 2011 for Model Number SAV205DAWN Washer with Model # SAV205DAWN has three screws that hold the pump on and it looks like these screws must be accessed from underneath the bottom of the washer; do you have to take the bottom of the washer off to access these screws or do you have to be a special 90 degree screwdriver tool ?
1 Answer Hello Jack. You will need to remove the belt from the washer pulley, and remove the wires from the motor. Then remove the two bolts holding the motor and pump assembly to the washer tub. Once removed, you can remove the motor and pump assembly from the machine to do the repair. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps. Read More...
