Motor (Ventilation Fan)

This replacement motor powers the blower in your ventilation unit, spinning the fan blade or wheel to move air through the housing and ductwork. Replace it when the original motor becomes noisy, stalls, or fails to start.

  • Drives the fan blade/blower wheel to move air through the unit
  • Restores proper airflow and ventilation performance
  • Common symptoms: loud humming or grinding, won't start, slow/weak airflow, intermittent operation, overheating/shutting off
  • Often needed when the shaft is seized or bearings are worn
What's included: 1 motor Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing
  • Access the blower assembly; remove the grille or filters to reach the motor
  • Note wire locations; transfer wiring, mounting hardware, and the fan blade/blower wheel from the old motor if applicable
  • Ensure the blade/wheel spins freely before reassembly, then restore power to test
