This front bulkhead is the large panel that forms the front wall of the dryer drum compartment and supports the drum as it rotates. Replace this bulkhead if it is warped, cracked, or if the drum seal surface is damaged - symptoms include unusual noises, clothes getting caught between the drum and panel, or heat escaping from the front of the dryer.

This heating element kit generates the heat needed to dry clothes in an electric dryer. The coiled resistance wire is housed in a metal frame and heats the air as it passes through the dryer drum.
