Nathan J Parker , CO November 23, 2014 Appliance: Samsung Dishwasher DMT400RHS/XAA Over water level error I replaced the water level sensor on the side of the dishwasher. Had to completely take out dishwasher and set on its side. Removed three hose clamps and three electrical disconnects. I have hard water and it looked like the float inside of the sensor wasn't moving properly. April C Delta , PA December 09, 2014 Appliance: Model DW7933LRABB/AA-001 Samsung dishwasher had leak error code flashing Purchased a new sensor and drain hose. Had it in 2 days. Took me a little over an hour to diagnose what I thought was problem, 20 minutes searching online for parts and 1 - 1/2 hours to fix (but I am 47 yr old woman who has never worked on a dishwasher before and not handy at plumbing). Working now - without a BIG repair bill and down time waiting for parts to be ordered by repairman. Joshua B Andover , KS April 10, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Dishwasher DW80F800UWS/AA-0001 Wouldn't drain properly hose with kink At first, I went to the local hardware store and bought a "one size fits all" hose... however, it would not seal properly in my Unit so I needed the OEM part for my dishwasher. I was getting an LE code over and over on my Samsung (LE means LEAK)... so everytime I would try something, I would have to dry out under the washer and then use a blow dryer to get the contacts on the Leak sensor dry enough to "try again". After 3 attempts with the generic hose, I decided to get an OEM part. I used AppliancePartsPros.com for another part and the experience is awesome. I have not needed to use their support yet (hopefully I never do), but I hear it is great too.
