Peter W Northfield , IL August 08, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF221NCTASR/AA-0001 Water dispenser button inside Samsung refrigerator broke. I looked on the internet for advice on how to remove and found little help. I looked for the part, had a glitch on appliancepartspros.com.'s website, called and got straightened out right away. I paid for "two business day" delivery when I ordered on Friday morning. Got the part the next day, Saturday, in the morning. Total customer satisfaction. Guessed right on the removal technique. Two 1.25" wide (standard) putty knives used in tandem like removing a bicycle tire. One flexible and one stiff works best. Work your way up from the bottom on the vertical edge face facing you. I have fully photo documented the removal and replacement procedure. Anyone interested in me posting it? Got an Ice Guide as back up since I was paying for shipping anyways. I fixed the last one with epoxy and steel washer "splints". Happy repairs!
