It was very easy to order this part. Also the repair was simple, just use small flat head screw drivers in the two slots at the back of the plate to pop out the old (broken) one and then push the new one in place!
I had previously called the Sears parts folks and when I gave them my model number RF261BEAESP they kept telling me it had an external water dispenser and they could not send me a part!
On this site when I put in the model number it first said it would not work but then when I added the /AA that is listed under the BOM number it said this part would work, and it did.
