Janice L Mather , CA April 09, 2016 The tray in my fridge broke At first, I contacted the number listed in the manual to order the part, the customer service person was no help after 30 minutes of trying to explain what part I needed I think she got it, but then told me it would take 5-10 business days to get it, and they could not ship any faster. So, I cancelled the order and while I was on hold for her I searched the internet and was able to find your website called you had a diagram of the part I needed and it was shipped out the same day and I got it the next day.
