Joel L North Richland Hills , TX December 01, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Microwave Hood Combo ME18H704SFS/AA-0000 Removed 1 year old microwave to paint kitchen internal thread assembly stripped I took the machine screws out of the outer panel for the right side only. Then pull the panel back a bit to release the lips from the front of the machine and had immediate access to the internal assembly that housed mounting nut. Order the new parts from AppliancePartsPro.com during the Thanksgiving week. Still received via FedEx in short time due to their same day shipping - which was greatly appreciated and surprising. Most small part places take a while to get the product out the door, but I am thankful for their speediness.
