Joel L North Richland Hills , TX December 01, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Microwave Hood Combo ME18H704SFS/AA-0000 Removed 1 year old microwave to paint kitchen internal thread assembly stripped I took the machine screws out of the outer panel for the right side only. Then pull the panel back a bit to release the lips from the front of the machine and had immediate access to the internal assembly that housed mounting nut. Order the new parts from AppliancePartsPro.com during the Thanksgiving week. Still received via FedEx in short time due to their same day shipping - which was greatly appreciated and surprising. William W Fort Pierce , FL September 19, 2020 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG MICROWAVE Microwave install gone wrong. Installer missed drilled the hole for the mounting bolt so it was at an angle. To top that off, he had cross-threaded the bolt into the bracket and it couldn't be removed. Had to saw that bolt off to get the oven down. Looked up Appliance Parts Pros (as I've done in the past), checked their diagram, found the part(s), made the order, and received them quickly. Oven is done!
