Took about 10 minutes, mainly because I didn't watch the YouTube video first. Had I watched that, it would have probably taken even less time. One Philips head screw driver is all you need. This corrected both problems. Before attempting this repair I used the Appliance Parts Forum for info on how to make these repairs.
