Nathan K Portage , MI March 27, 2018 Freezer door hard to keep closed The bottom cam risers were both broken and almost completely absent. After watching the repair video on YouTube, I was able to see that the broken risers were the issue. The small plastic pieces were sent in two separate packages and received a day apart. A little odd to me, but got them under a week. Once I had both, the repair was pretty easy. It took longer to unload all of the food than to make the fix.
