How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4211938 / DC62-00182A Washer Upper Nozzle Connector

Replacing the upper nozzle connector did the trick. I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer. 

Once the leak was identified, I searched for the part on your website, identified it, ordered it and installed it 48 hours later. Installation time 5 minutes. I love your website! 

Changed the three nozzle parts ( gasket had to be transferred since it is unavailable) No more leaks but steam function didn't work. Found steam nozzle mounted in the door seal and the tubing connecting it to the heater element was completely plugged up. Everything else was clean. Now steam works great. I can see the drum cloud up as it squirts gushes of steam in there. 

I was able to see the leak and ordered the parts. Put new parts on, but had to use the old washer, as I didn't order a new one. 

Very easy fix, just needed a Phillips screwdriver and wrench. I removed the damaged piece with the wrench and attached the new piece with the old clamps. No more leak!

Ordered both nozzles and replaced. No more leaks. My Samsung VRT with steam is fixed.
