My washer just quite draining water one day. I ended up with jean soup and had not a clue what to do. After research on the ApplicancePartPros' website, I was able to identify that it was the drain pump. Put in my order for a replacement part. Once the part finally arrived, I, along with my 23 year old daughter, was able to change out the drain pump. The video was easy to follow and made my life a little easier. This was the second experied I have had with ordering and repairiing myself (first was a dryer timer) and I will not go anywhere else for my future needs. I wish all aspects of my life were drama free when repairing or replacing. Thank you APP!!!
