David H Half Moon Bay , CA November 23, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Dishwasher DMR77LHS/XAA-0000 Lower dish rack was very difficult to use due to missing rollers Ordered the replacement rollers (which are better made than the originals), snapped them into place - much firmer fit than the originals. Done. Took about 5 min. . We came very close to buying a new dishwasher, but all models and makes used the same rack and roller design. Your help and efficiency is greatly appreciated - THANK YOU!
