The circuit board under the machine needed replacing. Pretty easy if you are willing to not force it in. Two screws, four all different plugs, two guide holes for the wiring. I bought a latch but did not need to install it.

I could not unplug from the old one and finally my son came by and did that. I then put everything back together and turned it on. IT WORKED. Thank you.
