This part is a right-hand center section kit with a filter that is used on a zero-turn lawn mower. The center section is part of a hydrostatic transmission. The hydraulic pump uses pressurized oil to move pistons which then transfer power to the motor and engage the lawnmower wheels. The center section is meant to integrate the hydrostatic transmission with the transaxle components.A new right-hand center section kit may be needed if any of the original's components are cracked, scratched, broken, bent, or damaged in any way. The Fan Switch has been discontinued so had to look for a replacement. NO ONE had a replacement. Found a use appliance store that had one still in a bag. Purchased it. While changing the switch I noticed that the heat indicator were cracked. I was very surprised with the age of the cook top that these were still available. Be careful not to tighten or twist the small hex nut in the knob cylinder/housing with force. there is a very small plastic set tab that can be broken off easily. how do I know? The orientation of the switch "box" is horizontal instead of vertical. otherwise, this replacement part # works as expected. I couldn't get the switch to attach plate removed, and the switch removed, without removing the entire cooktop and removing the top glass burner cover. Not difficult, but time-consuming. Read more

I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain. Wired it back, turned it on, and was thrilled. Now I'll replace the knobs and burners and we're back in business. Read more
The stove is a CVG2420 Jenn Air 34" white stove top that is no longer made. I do not want to have to rebuild the island for a different stove, so I need to keep the old stove running. The trick to get into the control panel is that the top of the panel is attached to the gas piping frame by two Torx T-15 screws, one inside each of the center two light rings.
