Ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros - super fast shipping, and even though I opted for regular shipping all of my parts arrived the very next day, including the big and bulky inner basket. Disassembly went smoothly, simply following the directions in the AppliancePartsPros video. Replaced broken part. This was a simple fix. The only complication was that SEARS sent me the WRONG PART THREE TIMES and the first part they sent WAS BROKEN. I found these guys on line, found the part by number, looked at a photograph instead of crappy drawing, and had the part in three days. Should have come here first. Read more
Note: If no display on the control panel, check the thermal fuse on board first before ordering this part.
I did some research online and figured out that I needed to replace the control module. I tried the other possible solutions first but they did not work. I ordered the part and it arrived in a few days. I had to remove the back panel on the door of the dishwasher with a screwdriver and Torx bit to access the module. Seal included. This sump housing assembly includes a 31-31.5 millimeter hole for the thermistor. If the hole for the thermistor is 32.17 millimeters you will need to order WP8572618.
