Fix dishwasher overfilling or not filling with water by replacing the float assembly. Common issue with sticky buildup preventing proper operation.
I cleaned all the jet nozzles with a toothpick and a pipe cleaner to remove the hard water deposits. I then replace the ring bearing under the bottom spray wand and the ring bearing under the upper spray wand. I also replaced the smaller radial ring bearing. Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

Felt seal that fits around your dishwasher's door vent to contain steam and moisture. Replace if you notice condensation or minor leaks during cycles.
Replaced the felt seal and door vent assembly by removing the inside panel of the door and cleaning off the old seal and replacing with the new one. The vent assembly simply snapped out and was easy to replace with the new one. No more leaks and Mother was happy. This is the electric heating element located at the bottom of the dishwasher tub that heats water during wash cycles and provides heat for the drying cycle. It is a looped metal element that generates heat when electrical current passes through it. Replace this part if your dishwasher is not heating water properly, dishes come out wet or cold after the drying cycle, or if the element is visibly damaged or burned through.
