Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

This tube connects the water supply to the middle wash arm of the dishwasher, delivering pressurized water so the spray arm can spin and clean dishes on the upper rack. It runs vertically from the lower area of the tub up to the mid-level spray arm assembly. Replace this tube if the middle spray arm is not spinning, dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean, or if you notice leaks or cracks in the tube.
Part was updated from original equipment (3 pieces) to a one piece tube. Snip the top of hanger loop then install. Just a couple minute job. Updated tube is much better than the original design. Read more
Third level wash arm assembly for dishwashers. Installs on upper feed tube in top rack area. Replace if disc is cracked, washer is missing, or assembly won't stay on shaft.
Although we had a service contract with Sears I elected to take a quick look to see what was wrong. There were 3 problems: 1 - retainer thumb screw had broken and appeared to have been damaged for some time showing scummy buildup along the line where the threads finally separated from the knob, 2 - after removing the lower spray arm, observed that the pump seal was visibly distended and exposed, and 3 - the 3rd level wash arm spinner disk was in the parts bag and the stainless steel sweat-fit... Fix dishwasher overfilling or not filling with water by replacing the float assembly. Common issue with sticky buildup preventing proper operation.
I cleaned all the jet nozzles with a toothpick and a pipe cleaner to remove the hard water deposits. I then replace the ring bearing under the bottom spray wand and the ring bearing under the upper spray wand. I also replaced the smaller radial ring bearing. Seal gasket for dishwasher inlet base assembly. Replace if you notice leaks, moisture buildup, or debris entering internal components. Confirm fit.
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. This is the electric heating element located at the bottom of the dishwasher tub that heats water during wash cycles and provides heat for the drying cycle. It is a looped metal element that generates heat when electrical current passes through it. Replace this part if your dishwasher is not heating water properly, dishes come out wet or cold after the drying cycle, or if the element is visibly damaged or burned through.
