I replaced the AC filter and thanks to the good customer service, I was able to order the correct filter. The window AC is an older model and required the new style filters. This is something that I didn't know and representative was knowledgeable of the change. Thank you! PS. I ordered a agitator dog today and thanks again for all of the help! I now know that I need 7/16 socket wrench to replace the dogs. Read more
