I took out the element and checked it with a multimeter. It was fine so I reinstalled it and figured it was the timer. I ordered one on a Friday, and got it on Monday. Fast shipping! It was easy to swap out, just swapped one wire over at a time, then put it back together. Now it runs like new and good for many more miles. Read more

I opened the dryer and found that the blower fan was full of lint. This apparently tripped out the Thermostat so I replaced the Thermo coupler and fuses. Unfortunately after I ordered the kit I found out that the kit comes with one of each of the fuses the two for gas dryer and one for an electric dryer. The gas Dryer required three fuses one with the red dot two with the yellow dots, so I had to order a second kit to get a yellow dot, so I decided to change the thermostat at the same time. All...
