Creates a stable, screw-down connection for incoming power wires and internal leads
Helps prevent intermittent power, arcing, or burning at the connection point
Used where the power cord or internal harness attaches to the appliance chassis
Commonly replaced when terminals are loose, melted, corroded, or show signs of overheating

I opened the dryer and found that the blower fan was full of lint. This apparently tripped out the Thermostat so I replaced the Thermo coupler and fuses. Unfortunately after I ordered the kit I found out that the kit comes with one of each of the fuses the two for gas dryer and one for an electric dryer. The gas Dryer required three fuses one with the red dot two with the yellow dots, so I had to order a second kit to get a yellow dot, so I decided to change the thermostat at the same time. All...
