My son searched the internet for replacement hinges. Found them at Appliance Parts Pros.com. The stove is approximately 18 years old, so imagine my surprise! The parts were delivered 2 days after our order was placed...and arrived on Christmas Eve, in time for dinner. To install, he did have to purchase a single die/tappit thingie to make the screws work. The oven knob on my Amana gas range finally gave out after decades of use and would just spin in place. A simple search on appliancepartspros.com located the one I needed and I was able to use the "Appliance Compatibility Tool" to for added piece of mind. Two days later I had the replacement knob in hand and popped it into place. No more spinning knob. Read more
