Took door off, saw that dispenser linkage was ok, I could open and close by hand, so figured the wax motor or the wiring to it were most likely the problem. I took off the wax motor ( actuator) and ran 120 volts to it via jumper wires, and it did not move at all, so figured good chance that was the problem. I replaced both the door seal and the lower door seal. The lower seal was a bigger job and I used a number of YouTube videos to walk me through it. It was a pain, but it worked.
