This tempered glass shelf sits at the bottom of your refrigerator's crisper drawer to provide a clear surface for storing fruits and vegetables. It allows you to see contents below while protecting items in the drawer underneath. Replace this glass insert if it's cracked, shattered, or has chips that could contaminate food.

This recess heater was a last resort 'nuclear' option that I never employed. First repair was to replace the solenoid that keeps the little door from staying open and letting room air back up it. Also replaced the gaskets around both doors which allowed the freezer and fridge sides to stay at the right temp. That seems to have done the trick. Replaced defrost timer and also changed out the condenser fan motor. All told it took 30 mins for both. Read more
Left side ice bucket shelf
Drilled out the rivets on the rear of the bucket shelf on each side (needed an angle drive drill for the left side) and removed the front screws. Installed the new shelf both sides with original screws in the front and 8-32 bolts and nuts in the rear. 3 screws to install the bucket to the auger assembly. Read more
Right side ice bucket shelf
Compressor would not stay on for long, even though temperature control set to lowest. Compressor sounded like it was running smoothly when it does run. Changed 3 parts: capacitor, overload, and relay. Runs like a charm now! Read more
