The dispenser actuator is a dual-motor mechanism that controls the automatic release of detergent and rinse aid during wash cycles. This component opens and closes dispenser compartments at the proper times during the dishwashing process. Replace it when detergent doesn't dispense properly, compartments don't open, or you hear clicking noises from the dispenser area.
This O-ring is a small rubber replacement seal that helps stop water leaks where two components meet. It restores a tight seal to reduce drips and prevent water damage from worn or cracked seals. What it does:
1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed... Read more

Assessed the situation and determined that the metal strike was broken. The unit did not work and no power due to this. Looked up the part with the model number and installed in less than 10 minutes. Unit worked immediately. The two screws require a star wrench or small nut driver for removal. Very easy! Read more

Ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros - super fast shipping, and even though I opted for regular shipping all of my parts arrived the very next day, including the big and bulky inner basket. Disassembly went smoothly, simply following the directions in the AppliancePartsPros video. The only problem I had was that the inner basket simply would NOT come of the drive block no matter what I did. Struggled for a few hours trying to take it off. Then, I called AppliancePartsPros and they said it... Read more
Electronic control assembly.
The part arrived earlier than stated. I rounded up the tools I needed - had to buy a star screwdriver to remove the panel. I watched a youtube tutorial on line before hand - very helpful. I followed the instructions step by step and had no problem removing and replacing the part. I am a 60 year old woman and I only mention that because normally I would have just called a repairman but I thought what the heck - I'll give it a try. this was very easy to do and saved me a repairman's charge. watch... This rotating spray tower distributes pressurized water throughout your dishwasher's upper rack during wash and rinse cycles. It connects to the water supply system and spins to ensure thorough cleaning coverage of dishes and utensils. Replace this part if upper rack items aren't getting clean or you notice reduced water spray pressure.
Ordered a new spray tower but did not know where/how to attach it! Handyman came over and - TO MY SURPRISE - the tower attached to the dish basket in the bottom of the dishwasher! I should have just contacted Appliance Parts customer service and saved some time, money, and embarassment! Read more
