Noted damaged gasket seal and support during water removal. Cleaned all pumps, filter, and screens. Changed air gap device. Replaced parts that were ordered. Used 1 cup of vinegar and baking soda to clean rest of dishwasher drainage system. When I started the unit, it ran much quieter due the new parts replacement. The other tool required for repair was a T25 Torx screwdriver, which was required on the Support Bearing Assembly. Read more

Troubleshot the oven by checking the broiler which worked good (same fuel valve). After reading the some tips about troubleshooting the Glow Ignitor I could see the broiler ignitor got white hot and the oven ignitor only got bright orange (orange to red causes intermittent ignition or mini explosions). Watched the how to video and it was good information. You should be observant about which openings in the back of the oven as to where the two wires are coming out of. My oven is over 12 years... 1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. I first installed the inlet pump with no results. I then ordered a Control Switch and Float and Nut. This fixed the problem. Everything comes out so clean. I also replaced the filter which allowed me to clean debris around old filter. It is also easier to replace all these parts with the dishwasher pulled out and tilted on its side. I had to pull mine out to unplug power to the dishwasher. Read more
