Water inlet valve was not supplying water to ice maker. The water inlet valve is not available/DA-03150A. Samsung was no help. Appliance Parts Pros said that part DA 81-05997A was the replacement part. This part includes the entire housing that the water filter and water holding bottle are housed in, and of course, the water inlet valve. Then I just spun the drum around until the broken drum lift was at the top and unscrewed the screws. I put the new lifter in and installed the screws.
