This replacement part is designed for ovens. It is a replacement touchpad membrane and fits between the touchpad itself and the control board that manages and monitors the oven's function and temperature. The membrane is made from rubber and includes electronic sensors and wires that connect it to the control panel, allowing it to transmit user input to control the oven.Over time and through normal use, the membrane will begin to wear out. This may be noticed if users have to press buttons harder than usual, hold them for a long time before the input is registered, or buttons become unresponsive.
