This seal kit restores a tight, insulated barrier around a window air conditioner. Replacing worn or missing seals helps block gaps and drafts, reduce noise and vibration, and maintain efficient cooling performance.
The gasket is fairly straightforward: it's just a press-fit right in to the channel. What you need to know is that you need to stretch the gasket material lengthwise prior to installation; if you don't it will be too short. The problem is that the bottom seal is not included with this gasket kit. The bottom seal begins to loosen at the corners and then begins to allow water past the door. The only way the bottom seal is sold is as part of the inner door assembly, which is costly. I removed... Read more

After having intermittent issues with Error Code 01 on our Electrolux dishwasher for several years - the dishwasher started having the code on a more frequent basis. In addition, it did not seem to be draining correctly, and the pump was not as quiet as when new. Prior to this repair, I pulled out the dishwasher, cleaned the hoses and internal parts, ensured hoses were clamped correctly, etc. Researching past repairs posted online, I noted issues with many components - to the point... At first, I felt there was a problem with the drain hose. Possibly water would not completely drain out due to a poor routing of the drain hose. It seemed fine - I ensured that I had a 32-ince rise and then a good down hill route to the drain. My drain hose does not drain into the garbage disposal. Then I ran a series of manual relay checks for each component. I had replaced the level sensor sometime in the past; so, I figured that was functioning properly. Why would the rinse cycle seem... Replaced the drain valve. duh. here's the kicker...original problem was circulation pump was broken.
