This is a nut that is used in many microwave ovens. It is typically used to hold interior fan in place. If the nut is broken, it will no longer hold the fan in the right location. The nut will need to be replaced. Before replacing this part, the microwave should be unplugged. Open the refrigerator door and remove the cover that goes over the fan. The nut can then be removed using a nut driver. Replace the other parts before using the appliance. This nut is used in microwave ovens manufactured by Crosley, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore. It is sold as a single part.
