  Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

I ordered the drain pump. The pump arrived very quickly. The pump was the exact match. I installed the pump. Wife ran the washer and the problem was not fixed. Took it back apart and it was the drain upper hose was nasty with various stuff. Cleaned it all out and the problem was fixed. I can’t return the pump which sucks but I guess at least it’s new so don’t have to worry about it going bad. I did get $6 worth of change cleaning the drain out so that helps. Will use APP AGAIN.
