Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!! The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered. Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out. Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go! Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!! Read more

I called AppliancePartsPros.com to see if they carried the parts that I needed. They knew what parts I needed and they were in stock. When the valves arrived I took the stove apart and replaced the valves. The valves were easy to replace with a minimum amount of tools: A screwdriver, adjustable end wrench, and a 1/4" drive socket set. I have all the tools necessary to do this job, but if I didn't and had to buy them, it would still be less expensive than hiring a repair person to do this job... Read more

The white-finished panel helps insulate the oven cavity and allows you to view inside through the window area. Replace this glass if it is cracked, chipped, shattered, or if heat is escaping from the oven door.
I accidentally shattered the outside glass on my oven door. I have no experience with any sort of appliance repair so I didn't even know where to begin. I thought I was going to have to call a repair person. I came across an instructional video on Youtube from Appliance Parts Pros on how to replace the glass. It looked really easy so I ordered a new piece of glass, it arrived 2 days later and it was so easy to fix! I just had to remove 2 screws which hold on the handle to the oven door,... Read more
