This heat shield protects nearby cabinet and internal components from excess heat by directing and containing heat away from sensitive parts. It helps prevent heat damage and keeps the appliance operating safely. What it does:

• Shields surrounding panels and components from direct contact with heat sources
• Reduces risk of scorched or discolored cabinet surfaces near the heater or burner
• Helps keep insulation and wiring from overheating
• Can stop heat-related noises from expanding metal near the heating area

• Reinstall fasteners snugly but avoid overtightening; follow OEM diagram for correct placement
