I tore into the washer until i found what i thought was the problem which was the upper outer tub splash cover gasket and when i couldnt find one in my town i ordered a new one from u folks and replaced it hoping for the best and was successful. This fix costed me $35 instead of the $400+ for a new washer glad i looked into it instead of discarding it and buying a new one as most may do thanks Read more

Old, unused stack set. Washer was great, dryer was grinding. Started with the mounting bracket/bearing and the belt. The old ones were slightly beatup. Put it back together and the problem persisted. Found the real problem when I pulled apart the blower to get to the motor. The fan had broken fins that had jammed in the side of the blower housing, and the friction had melted through the outer wall of the fan. Got the blower housing from APP, got the fan from a competitors for $30 less. When it... Read more
Washer won't fill properly or overfills? This water level pressure switch senses fill levels and signals when to stop. Easy DIY fix for cycle timing issues.
I found that turning the water level switch back and forth would activate the machine So I replaced the water level switch and the plastic hose that connected to it. I purchased a clamp in the purchase, but it was the wrong size! There wasn't a clamp used in the original set up, so I installed the switch and hose without it! It was the video instructions and having the correct parts that made that made this a easy repair! Thank You Read more

Watched a few of your videos and ordered the springs and a insert, and actually got the parts right. I am not a Appliance repair guy but I am retired and I am pretty handy so I thought what the heck. I watched the videos, a lot of common sense, common tools, and plenty of time. My knuckles are busted up and a little blood, but I got it done. Was actually kind of rewarding. Works like a champ. Found the parts on Appliance pros (love the website navigation); ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I had the drawer repaired within 15 minutes of Fed Ex delivering the package. No tools required other than my fingers! The original part was riveted to the drawer, these replacements are bolts with nuts and lock washers. Makes me wonder why this was not the original design. The riveted design NEVER seems to hold up to consumer use. Why do it on an... Read more
