I ordered the replacement part and fixed it right away. Super easy, no problem at all. The only issue I had was that the replacement part did not come with the GE sticker on it so I had to peel off the sticker from the original part (CAREFULLY) and then crazy glue it onto the replacement part. Make sure you keep the screws from the old part because the new replacement part does not come with it. Read more
It was so easy! I unscrewed the old door handle, saved the screws and used them for the new door handle. It was easy enough for a 50 year old lady like me to do it, anyone could. And it was less expensive ordering through you guys than through the manufacturer. Thanks! Read more

I googled the symptoms and found out what need to be replaced. I pulled the fridge from under the counter, removed the back cover and confirmed the fan was the culprit. I found the part using the model number on appliance parts pro and ordered the part. I had no clue how to get the fan out, as most You tube video only showed full size fridge fan replacement, which is located inside the freezer.
