Review of problem on your web site led to the check valves being the likely culprit! Followed the repair videos and removed the check vave - it was totally deteriorated! Ordered new parts Sunday afternoon -they arrived via FedEx on Tuesday afternoon. About an hour later repair was made, unit reinstalled in cabinet and dishes being washer - All Repaired! I originally thought it was just accumulated dirt and sludge in the sump and the lines. I cleaned all that and it was not the cause. Saw this video...took off the filter frame and the piston & nut assembly was definitely broke (cap deteriorated to nothing). Need pliers to break it free as in the video. I accidentally ripped the screen taking off the filter frame, and saw a hole from the heating rod on top of the inlet cover so I replaced them too. Very easy replacement project once it was... I had to detach the top edge of the dishwasher from the counter, then remove the toe plate and lower the legs so the dishwasher could slide out from under the cabinet. I ran a washing cycle and observed...and when the spraying part of the cycled started, water started pouring out from under the insulation on top of the machine. Purchased a new one. On putting it in place I found that it kept dropping of the track. The frond wheels were 1 cm. closer than those on the original tray. I bent the vertical rods, holding the wheels, outwards and that fixed the problem. One comment ;the new tray has a different layout which we have to get used to. Read more

The repair is fairly straightforward. Remove the Phillips head screws on the interior of the door to access the back of the Escutcheon. Note that the bottom 2 screws on the door are machine screws with a tighter thread. I put small clamps on the door hinges to hold the door down as it will want to pop up as soon as the weight of the interior door plastic has been removed.
