The burner valve was stuck and would not turn. I removed the Knobs and the four screws under the knobs two side screws & the four screws under the keypad panel. This is a genuine lock nut replacement. This is a general piece of hardware that is often used on several types of lawn and garden equipment, including in engines, housing, and other areas. I had to remove the oven door, which I learned is made to come off without tools. Then took out the bottom by removing two screws and lifting. Removed the screws attaching the igniter, pulled wires thru back until I could get the connector and disconnect. When the new igniter arrived, I had to change the connector. I cut the one off the old one, and spliced to the new one using solder and shrink tubing. Just reverse the procedure to install. I replaced the screws with new ones. Read more

Replaced keypad membrane switch. The hardest part was removing and replacing the front panel. This has to be removed to pass the wires through and terminate on the circuit board behind. The switch membrane adheres to the panel so be sure to clean it with alcohol after removing the old part. Be careful when positioning the new membrane as once it sticks it cant be repositioned.
